“Though they turned up half an hour late (due to bad traffic), I received regular calls every 10minutes to update me on how they were doing, which was reassuring. Once they arrived they couldn’t have been more apologetic for the delay. Everyone involved was really helpful and they made sure that I didn’t have to end up doing anything myself. The guys were also really friendly and chatty, which added a personal touch to the whole experience.
